Szczesny & Djourou return to training for Arsenal

Arsenal duo Wojciech Szczesny and Johan Djourou could make a timely return to
fitness for Sunday’s crunch tie with Liverpool, after they began training
for the first time since sustaining their respective injuries.
Wojciech Szczesny 和 Johan Djourou 可能趕得上週日對 Liverpool 的重要賽事，他們
已經開始參與隊上的訓練。

Szczesny, 20, dislocated his finger during the defeat to Barcelona in March
and it was feared he may not play again this season, but manager Arsene
Wenger confirmed after the win over Blackpool that he was close to a return
and Szczesny himself also believes he is fit to play.
20歲 的 Szczesny 在三月作客 Barca 的比賽中手指脫臼，更糟的是可能本季報銷，但
總教練 教授 在上一場贏 Blackpool 後證實他即將歸隊，且 Szczesny 本人也自信能上
場比賽。

As for Djourou, the Swiss international looked to have finally put his injury
problems behind him before a dislocated shoulder looked to have ruled him out
contention for Sunday’s game at Emirates Stadium after resuming training
yesterday morning.
至於 Djourou，這名瑞士籍後衛看起來完全康復，但先前肩膀脫臼一事卻宣告本季不能踢
球。無論如何，肩膀脫臼並不需要開刀且昨天回到訓練，可能會在週日主場的比賽上場。

Djourou’s fellow centre back, Thomas Vermaelen, has also been pencilled in
for a return to training in a fortnight’s time, although he isn’t expected
to make an appearance until pre-season.
Djourou 的中後衛同伴，Thomas Vermaelen，很可能在兩週內開始歸隊並參與訓練，即使
他本人並不期待能在夏季前回歸。
